How much Pilates should I do?

I hear this question a lot. And the answer is pretty simple… how much results do you want?

Pilates is amazing, but it won’t transform your body in just 1 hour a week. Nothing can do that! Like anything, the more you do the more results you’ll reap.

This does nit mean that you won’t benefit from just one session per week. It just means that if you want more benefit you must do more Pilates. I love to give people some personalized homework, and if they actually do it it works. If you’re not interested in homework thats completely fine! Just know that consistent work sustained over time is how we build strength, flexibility and all the wonderful results Pilates can give you only when you put in the work. I’m here to help you reach your goals and I will do everything I can to assist you but the real magic is in putting in the time and letting the practice transform you over time, not overnight.
